I called SERVPRO of Dearborn at 6:30am thinking I'd get voicemail. Instead a real person answered and assured me the crew would be there first thing that morning. Sure enough they arrived at 8:10 and extracted a lot of water from my basement carpet then started drying it. My disaster was over by 10am! If I ever have another problem, I will certainly call them again. Great job!
I will always recommend SERVPRO of Dearborn & Dearborn Heights Southeast because they came all the way out to my Pinckney cottage in the dead of winter to clean my fire. I called two companies in the area before calling someone near my year round home. They both told me they'd come in the spring when the roads were cleared. Thank you for coming so quickly. Each crew member undergoes extensive training in various cleaning and restoration specialties including fire & smoke restoration, water restoration, structural drying, and microbial remediation, just to name a few. The SERVPRO of Dearborn and Dearborn Heights franchise is owned and operated by long time Dearborn resident, Maureen Winfree. Maureen is active in the community and dedicated to its well being. In 2017, the Dearborn Area Chamber of Commerce recognized her for 10 years of service to the city. In 2021, Winfree was again recognized by the Chamber for her operations during the Covid-19 crisis. Her team provided virus disinfection and sanitation services to city buildings, including a 1,000,000 square foot senior living facility and the Dearborn Fire Department's Covid Vaccination Task Force Headquarters. She has also been honored for her community service with the Dearborn Goodfellows, an organization dedicated to ensuring Christmas for Dearborn families, and the Dearborn Firefighters Burn Drive which helps children impacted by fire.
