Flooded Senior Complex

A Dearborn, MI senior citizens apartment complex flooded due to broken pipes on a sub zero night. The rushing waters brought down several residents' ceilings. Two floors of this senior living high rise and a total of 32 apartments were involved in this disaster. SERVPRO of Dearborn's crew arrived at 4:00 am to begin working on this water loss. The severity of the damage was lessened because the facility utilizes our Emergency Readiness Program - a complimentary service helping you create a comprehensive plan unique to your facility's needs.
