I was very happy with the work they performed on my basement. They had my basement carpet cut out, floors disinfected and deodorized in about four hours. The employees who did the job were polite, professional, and conscientious. Prior to SERVPRO coming out, I had four other companies turn down the job. The last two guys (from two other companies) were downright rude and did not return my phone calls regarding estimates and scheduling.

After my basement flooded I called SERVPRO of Dearborn in a panic. They showed up to my house within an hour of calling them and started working to restore my basement immediately.
