Mold inside a wall

Our homeowners set out to refresh the paint in their master bedroom. They quickly discovered a  roof leak caused mold to grow inside the walls. After putting up containment walls to keep contaminants from affecting the entire house, we removed the dry wall to expose the moldy framing. Fortunately, we were able to remediate the mold and dry the framing instead of removing it, thus saving our clients both time and money. This also created less mess and allowed the family to live normally. Since they have not agreed on a new paint color, the wall is still unpainted, but it is clean, dry and safe!
