New House, New Problems

When our client moved into their 1920s dream home, they did not expect to find mold in a bedroom. The lath and plaster construction made mold remediation more challenging. Our demo team had to use special techniques to remove the plaster without disturbing the mold covered lath. Then our mold remediation experts were able address the mold covered lath. The project was labor intensive, but keeping the home's period charm and detail was important to the home owners. Getting the 9 year old owner of this bedroom out of the room he temporarily shared with his brother during repairs was equally important to his parents!
