Flooded Hotel in Dearborn, MI

This enormous Dearborn, Michigan hotel and conference center had gotten new carpet just two weeks before a water main break flooded the first floor. The lobby, office, front desk and conference center were all soaked. We faced a few challenges on this job - 1) the lobby and front desk had to remain open for guest convenience and 2) more than 20,000 sq feet were wet. Our crew split into four teams, each with a designated area. In a matter of hours, our team was able to extract the work and start the drying process. The hotel was especially happy we were able to save the two week old carpet.
