SERVPRO Corporation recently conducted a survey to learn how customers feel about returning to businesses after Covid. Here are few of the highlights:

1. Consumers view a business’ cleanliness during COVID as an indicator of how well that business is run in general.
2. Customers are more trusting of professionally cleaned businesses versus self-cleaned. 
3. COVID exposure from touching surfaces that have not been sufficiently cleaned remains a high concern for customers.
