Summer storms sneak up on us in Dearborn.

• Copies of personal documents including medication lists, proof of address, deed/lease to home, passports, birth certificates and insurance policies
• Whistle to signal for help
• Dust masks to filter dirty air
• Plastic sheeting and duct tape to shelter in place
• Moist towelettes, garbage bags and plastic ties for personal sanitation
• Tool kit and work gloves
• Local maps
• Phone chargers with car adapters
• Extra car and house keys
• Matches
• Pet supplies
